My Name is James Zilz and I live in Manchester, England.
I am a Project Manager in the Construction Industry. I am currently managing the Design and Construction of two Colleges worth over $200m! I earn a six figure salary at the ripe old age of 32 and I own two properties, one of which I rent to tenants.
I have a very comfortable life but I have always been driven to make more money and be more successful. Ever since High School I have known what I wanted to do and every subject choice at school, Degree choice at University and career move has been carefully thought out to get me to where I am today.
But I have always had an interest in the internet and ever since the dot com boom have been drawn to making money on the web. This started in earnest during the Summer of 2006.

In 2008 I got married to my lovely Wife, Kelly.
I support Manchester United Football Team, I also follow St Louis Cardinals Baseball Team (it’s a long story involving Ozzie Smith and Big Mac!)
I love cars and change them regularly as I easily get bored and looking for a new car is a sort of hobby. I actually made a profit on the last two cars I sold!
